Well, the company isn't a scam that's for sure but it's probably not being run by the best or brightest.

If you were being serious they do have an "invest" button on their website. I'm sure they would rather give you stock/ set up a repayment plan than go out of business before starting. They are paying rent on a building in the meantime so they don't have time to wait for tiny donations.

I talked to them via FB they said the banks won't lend them a cent, no collateral. That's part of why they tried the stock but they haven't made a cent. I imagine they are getting scammed as well by those they've hired to run the stock.
