Jeff. Haven't checked in for awhile and just saw your post about Scottrade and CVR's. I have called Scottrade at least three times and they knew nothing about the CVR's and have not, even after telling me they would check on it and get back to me, been able to help me. Let me know if you have a better experience with them. Thanks.
