You know one thing nobody talked about with this China deal is the 5 million dollar payment is a stock purchase. With the rs being voted down its going to be hard to issue 400 million more shares. That what the agreement in 2015 was supposed to do. Also having 5 million more to issue shares for the financiers still to come, that would be almost a billion shares outstanding making a 1 million a year royalty payment a joke!
