Interesting how they updated that information on Dec 15, 2016. Now, as you stated they are diluting. That is what I didn't like about the last Q. They were very dire about the financial situation and their ability to continue without funds.

Hope investors here get Globalstar news soon as this stock seems to move in tandem with GSAT. GLTA here.
