Pricipio is a privately held company. You can google them and check out their website.
I don't have any inside information on TBIO or Precipio, but I think the merger would be a good one depending on the final terms. I think that the new news out today is so good that it may be even better for TBIO shareholders not to merge. LifeLab, Precipio and others want to utilize TBIO's Ice Cold PCR test.
