Well at least having product on the shelves of the first supermarket chain will quell many of the scam claims and that will be a relief.

It is definitively happening. Bristol Farms confirmed it (via email). There is no way that they could be part of the "scam", if there was even one, the only question is whether or not they will meet their PR deadline. I would not be surprised if it ends up stretching out to March.
