That's pretty much all I found - offers for discounted, price-protected shares to accredited investors . . .

This year is make-or-break for me with this stock - waiting for some bullish news or solid results for Q2.

Am expecting Q4 to be really good but not enough to cover the non-cash compensation for the full-year. Q1 as it has been pointed out will suffer due to bad weather (in California at least) but hopefully some of the new sales/partnerships will begin to yield revenue and profits in other States.

Q2 should be a real good indicator of where the company is headed and by mid-August 2017 we will either advance significantly or still be treading water . . .

The only thing this depends on is getting people to buy shares at any price, which is why offering shares at a discount to market (as the email you posted showed) makes sense. As long as you can get people to buy shares with their money, you win. The price doesn't matter because the number of shares you get is based on a discount to the price. The only thing that matters is getting someone to press "buy".

Ok, out of the window goes 'Friends and Family benefit only' claim.
Both pnotes and discounted shares can be potential valuable investment. But they can go sour. With high risk comes high reward.
I've been hearing claims that JN benefited his friends only for years on this board ... Thanks for rebuttal
