They have history of settling class actions in the past. i am anticipating that the lawyers will go after the accounting practices and the company will suffer to the eyes of institutional investors with all these entertainments and the stock could drop like a heavy rock on negative news. i will be in sidelines until see through the smoke. the only people that can see clearly through all this are the insiders and the will sure will not tell me all that is going on of my interest so its a very bad situation for even a good company.
