Bankruptcy court is not criminal court. The charges against PP are due to its INVESTORS not borrowers

I asked in the last round of this discussion, and I'll ask again.

Show me one case in the history of US business, where a loan was ordered not to be paid back because of a criminal case with the lender with fraud against its SHAREHOLDERS. I won't ask for 10 cases, I won't ask for 5. Just show us ONE! The US legal system, just like many, as you know, is built on precedent. Well show us the legal precedent for this!

Did IMSC receive funds from a lender? Did the loan come due? Well then, they need to repay them. Plain and simple.

This would be a very positive quote if it came from a prosecuting attorney, unfortunately it came from our equity committee and so it is worth very little unless it is proven while there is still some value to our shares.
