Similar to previous announcement Floyd but there are key differences from where we were then.

We've finally received all the necessary approvals (or so it would appear)

We have many more potential customers lined up.

We have additional and improved products (Dragonsilk)

Today's announcement also goes into detail on the plans (site size etc).

Also there seems to be more urgency and the below from the article also sounds positive.

Chairman Dinh Van Thu affirmed that Quang Nam province highly appreciates the KBLB’s development plan and will do its best to cooperate with the KBLB in effective research, development and implementation of this important and significant project, especially so as to help actively recover the traditional sericulture industry of the province creating more jobs for the local farmers in the districts of Duy Xuyen, Dai Loc, Dien Ban... and simultaneously requested that after field visit, the KBLB prepares and submits an investment project proposal for approval and early implementation

All in all it looks like this will be the year we move into mass production.

The most exciting announcement will be when we find out who is going to be taking all the silk produced and what they plan to do with it!

You really don't get the full meaning of this? Did you know that Kraig had the green light in Vietnam? We have it. Operations are a go once this proposal is in hand. Vietnam wants to know how to prepare. Still potential for delays, but I was not as confident that Vietnam really wanted this. Production in several provinces? If you knew that, you could have told me. It means that Kim won't be the only one investing in this. That is the model I was hoping for. There shouldn't be the prospect of needing Vietnam's approval, but such is business in most countries I suppose.

Floydborga, you sound really upset with this news. You may have missed the boat this time. Oh well.
