I didn't read the filing but most warrants have a lock up period. When u are the only one at the table with the cash you make the rules . They put a non dilution clause in there which is smart to protect their investment. I'm sure they get first shot if Apdn needs to go to the well again to raise cash. You would be an idiot not to have those clauses in ur investment. I know I don't have a non dilution clause....OUCH
