It depends on how you interpret the 8K, to me Ren paid $7.00 for the shares and as far as I am concerned they can't sell a single share until the judge decides how much in damages is MYOS entitled to, until then 1.5 million shares will be locked up in judges chambers. It seems peeps sold and couldn't figure out the 8K. Hope it helps.
