We potentially have 2 very strong Board members in Caponi and Esposito who could bring a lot to the table in the way of genuine expertise. The cabal of Hoyt, Shannon and Marshall currently have the power to do what they want - to date they have been ineffective and apparently do not see the need to do things any differently. To give Shannon his dues I think he is probably a great scientist but he ain't no businessman. Unless Marshall retires or expires - uncharitable thoughts again !! - nothing much will change.
