SDVI: Becoming a Significant IoT Company:

DD

...its just simply rare guys to find a penny stock, especially a sub-penny stock , that is going so lucrativley, boldly, smartly, expertly and substantially, into the Internet of Things. This, and one thats based in Irvine, Southern California and hot bed to the worlds most advanced computer companies, computer and software start ups and computing engineering; all these things are what happens usually to Nasdaq tech stocks, lol. Truly Ken the CEO is showing off his roots and connections from his years working at Intel, for the benefit of all us SDVI shareholders here (and we thank him this is all so cool and unique: and promising!).

First though, you may not even understand how big this whole 'Internet of Things' really is...here are a couple articles for you to read...or just Google it, its everywhere....:

"Well, it turns out, the “Next Big Thing” is actually a little thing. Or, more precisely, a LOT of little things. And they are all being connected to the Internet… an Internet of Things (IoT). And it’s already here.

Phones, cars, televisions, street lights, video cameras, grocery store coolers, building thermostats, bridge decking & intersection pavement, building sensors, accelerometers, GPS chips, and RFID tags are all being connected to provide more accurate, more current and just more data to allow better insight, service and efficiency in almost all industries."

Or check out this Wired article, simply calling IoT the 'next big thing' and is even bigger then we think:

https://www.wired.com/insights/2014/11/the-internet-of-things-bigger/

Ok, so now we see why this is all such a big deal for SDVI to get into this IoT field, with the just announced substantial 4 way merger/aquisition of Innovotech, and its broad ranging and lucrative IoT business segments. This isnt just a one-trick pony-! And looking at these companies coming in and what they do, make and sell (that you will see below) it can be clearly seen that Ken the CEO isnt messing around. He is building SDVI into a serious Internet of Things company right in the middle of this 'next big thing' in the business world, the computing world, the cloud-based world, the hardware world...and our everyday real world.

IF you as an investor (not purely flipper), whom scours the penny market every year for a true hidden gem, and come across a newly forming IoT monster with its four unique and lucrative and promising companies based in Irvine California, and see that the price for all this is less then even a penny forget the ridiculous pps right now of .0011 - and your NOT a bit excited to find SDVI: then i dont know what more your looking for. Cause first, please check out the Innovotech website(!). What do YOU think of the look? The products they have? The different branches of the IoT they are in or going in? .....what do you think of the....possibilities for this penny stock going forward?:

http://innovotech.io

...i think its a fantastic website, with all these different lucrative business divisions coming into SDVI.... in this new world-changing Internet of Things revolution going on in the world around us. So with all this being said, now read this from the huge PR today:

IRVINE, CA -

(NewMediaWire) - January 11, 2017 -  Signature Devices, Inc. (OTC PINK: SDVI) -- today announced the formation of Innovo Technology (www.innovotech.io) and the acquisition and merger of Four (4) IOT companies.

Joining Mr. Azzam are founders from all the company's including Jordan Medlock and Travis Stephens.

Like i said before, Ken is not messing around, he and his team at Innovotech are experts and innovators in this space! Now there is so much going on with this 4-way merge, that i will leave it to those more computer science savvy to break down what this all means as the days and weeks go by, but let me at least here list the four divisions of whats coming into SDVI(!):

Audio Visual

The Extreme High Bit Rate (ExHBR®) Morpheus Media Server gives consumers a high end media repository that integrates nicely with products like the Apple TV and Roku as well Morpheus's own dedicated ExHBR® players. Cloud Computing

Platform
Apps Cloud-Platform Geofencing

Ok so now that you have your mind space around what kind of company Innovotech is and will be, they also as mentioned in the PR have these products out right now; so these are the two Profitable companies SDVI already has(!):

Morpheus

The Morpheus servers have been in market and sold to customers in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The company has generated over $200k in product sales with minimal fanfare. The global market for home media servers is projected to reach $200 billion.

---So finally, Ken is truly building a company of the future, which is already in business and generating revenue (and profit) now....and all this can be bought for less then a penny. And again, all this sounds and seems to me more in the realms of breakthrough-tech like its some kind of Nasdaq stocks busines plan, and not a stock trading at .0011 -- dosent it? As all these various aspects of business that Innovotech/SDVI is getting into, are in the middle of what the Internet of Things is all about: no less then changing everyday life.

So buy your dip, buy your million or two or ten, flip them whatever.... but i think you should after DD-ing all this (not even bringing up how Ken also just rolled Graffiti's huge portfolio of apps into SDVI today too!), consider buying and holding some SDVI shares for long....cause this is now the newest and most prolific tech penny stock company i see out there more akin to SoCal Nasdaq tech stock, going into the hottest and largest field of business possible: the Internet of Things.

Thank you, Ken!
