That is correct.If he rules the EC has enough to move fwd then it's more than likely there will be a settlement at one point IMO.

If the feds have these two soon to be convicted felons from PP in emails to each other stating " bring you passport, and plan on not coming back stateside" nearly three years ago,and their lawyers telling our judge "we most likely won't be able to come up with any documentation"( because it's evidence)..
