if thats what you think there is not really a reason to hold then, is there?... the 10-k stated 6 months that would be a feb. deadline. If this deal doesnt come into fruition, I will be selling. as of right now retail selling at these levels is plain stupid.

Market cap at this level is 500k, we have over 300k in cash! let alone 3 million in revenues.
