The company was so strapped for cash that Nelson paid $13,000 to go on MoneyTV and pump the stock?

Your theory is not logical when it comes to creating real wealth for the insiders.



Nelson seems to worry more about the interests of the p-note holders than ordinary shareholders. He gets taken care of by the board regardless of his performance. Tons of free gifts and other things. For instance a stock comp plan that gives him a reward for hitting $10M revenue. So he just buys a company and cashes in... lol.

How did Nelson come to lead SLTD anyways, maybe it's because he's friends with Beifuss?

Or perhaps because he worked in the same office with Boden?
