They are out of time for patience. It doesnt take 9 months to do a name change. If they dont get the NVSOS paid pronto they wont be trading anymore, they will be delisted.

Court ordered to pay cd holders with shares but not enough volume to dump the shares needed. There must be a billion shares at .0002 now.
