Reminds me of the PR Pierce put out September 24, 2014 that included this:

Simply The Best PR will be getting the Besado party started in October with a series of promotional events in south Florida, labeled "The Top Shelf Experience." Every weekend in October and November, a luxury charter bus will chauffeur tasters to many of the hottest clubs and bars in South Florida, all while enjoying Besado en route to and inside the destinations planned for each "Top Shelf Experience."

"We are looking to go into the holiday season creating a huge buzz," Pierce said. "40% of hard alcohol sales in the U.S. take place in the last three months of the year. The holiday season is our Super Bowl and we are going to be ready to play ."


None of that happened. Literally. The first weekend in October was the following weekend, and no mention was made of the "luxury bus tours" until the end of the month when the company simply said something about how it was dealing with FINRA stuff so they couldn't do them, but it would totally still happen. It never did. Just like the concert they announced they would be sponsoring. Just like the "Besado launch party" that was going to happen in March with a bunch of famous rappers.

Even better was the classic quote that "the holiday season is our Super Bowl and we are going to be ready to play." Publicly stated on September 24, 2014.

Besado did not launch until November/December 2015. A full year later.

If you do your DD and follow the history of Besado back a few years, you will be shocked at the number of blatant lies that have been stated in public disclosures and OTC filings. Hell ISBG hasn't even paid for the brand yet, which was promised to be completed no later than June 2015. It's an amazing story, really. Rinse and repeat.
