So SDVI is easily worth .01 cents with Graffiti Entertainment alone. If we get a merger or acquisition in here then its likely worth more ;-)

Comparing SDVI's apps to GLUU and KING:


After posting the Graffiti website today on various posts, i started to realize that, 'hey this site looks very professional, very nice' - and the number of games is high (over 150), and they are very creative and look attractive - top notch even. Then i looked up other app companies to see their webpages of apps, and also to see what they are trading at....and my eyes got large, lol. First though take a look at what will soon be SDVI's:

Now the two biggest publicly traded app stocks i could find are King Media and Glu.....King is the one that came out with Candy Crush that went viral. Check out their website...looks great (...but $28 billion more great, lol?):

They were recently bought by Activision Blizzard...heres their stock price and Market Cap:

Market Cap: $28 billion.

King was bought by ATVI for $5.9 Billion. And all King does is apps folks.


But now check out Glu Media....just an app developer like our own SDVI Graffitti...with what it says is 200 titles (we have 166-!). I think this company compares in titles, quality, and webpage with SDVI very well:

-the only major difference though is of course they have celebrity apps and our one of the big whales in this app industry.....but check out their Market Cap:

...which brings us back to us. So Ken tweeted last week that he is rolling all the Graffitti apps into SDVI, and i wasnt really sure how to value that. I thought that it had to be worth a pps more then .005 as an estimate, but now that i see the above, and i see very similar quality in SDVI's apps, and one right now that is trending hard at 500,000 downloads and only came out in November, well upon Graffiti coming into SDVI, our pps is Severly undervalued (!), to say the least.. Why? Look at our publicly traded stock pps and Market Cap:

Market Cap: $3.7 million(!!!)


Now im not saying we have the same celebs, and number of downloads as the above two....but especially when compared our titles and website to Nasdaq GLUU and their 200 titles, i think we compare very well with them....i would think our apps alone could be worth a Market Cap of around ten times less or $30 million.....but not around 100 times less as it is right now and .0015 pps and a SDVI current Market Cap of only: $3.7 million.

So when Graffitti gets rolled in officially, simply look for 'The Market' to put this valuation into SDVI in the coming days and weeks.....and it aint even sub-penny by this comparison. And this is just the apps, not the Reader Rabbit games, or other games......or of course the new Internet of Everything Ken is bringing in.
