And damages are compensatory and punitive.

Both apply to this case.

This so easy a paralegal could win this case. PP are indicted for criminality!!!!! This points to both punitive AND compensatory damages.

If I had more cash to buy more? I would have followed Shiloh as a buyer today....dam

So doesn't the only fair solution seem to be :
1. make PP investors prove actual losses
2. make IMSC investors prove actual losses
3. collect ALL recoverable assets ,whether cash ,real estate, whatever.
4. divide that pile of money, even Steven. Everyone gets back 10%,20%,?% of what they lost.

And if that's how it goes ,won't it take just as long as the Madoff case?

I was surprised to learn a few weeks ago that people that receive donations or even interest payments from a Ponzi scheme have to give money back as part of the process of returning money to ALL victims. From that standpoint I do wonder if IMSC will have to repay all of the loan even if they themselves were not treated right by PP. This is different I know, but IMSC benefitted from the loans - and the principal of those who benefit have to repay - seems to possibly be applicable. Hope not, but it makes me wonder.
