That would depend on why they don't accept...and how many changes and what changes need to be made prior to re-submission.

I personally don't see that happening...especially since we know for a fact there's already been so much back & forth between the FDA and IPCI regarding Rexista prior to submission...and the fact that IPCI didn't end up filing Rexista until November after originally expecting to file it in July and August.
