I wonder what's in store for LBTD since Michael Palethorpe's resignation and Zoltan Nagy regained control of the company.

Michael Palethorpe on November 25, 2016 he issued the
Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement with CBD SOCO. (CBD).

My thoughts are, he lost out on the deal with CBD SOCO and decided to give it up.

The company the Letter of Intent to own and operate Medical Marijuna and CBD oil that are slated for sales in 4 states with licensing in place got a better deal somewhere else.

I notice on LBTD company website that Jessie Salyer has been removed as a director.

Jessie Salyer is the COO, and Chairman of Patriot Bioenergy Corporation

which did a merger with REAL ESTATE CONTACTS, INC. and just changed there name to REAC GROUP, INC. on February 16, 2017
