yes that is correct. I still stand by that.
They delayed firing Scott without reason.
The Day Otto joined should have been any scammers last day.

Dan had the power. All it would take was a BoD vote and Scott is out.
So why did they wait so long?

My opinion is that they were hoping a director change would do the trick and it didn't so they "fired" Scott to give the impression that things were changing.

Scott was obviously a con man.
ALL the evidence to prove that is sitting in Dans lap.

It would take about 30 min to make copies of the company paperwork and send it to the SEC with a review request.
Scott ends up in court and banned like his buddy Andrew.


It is my opinion that Dans perspective has not changed in the slightest and he still supports scotts actions like he always did.
Firing scott is just a way to con people into thinking Dan is a savior.
