The stock is just not well known in the OTC> There is only a handful of us that even post here. When word gets out the company is buying stock that will change.
In the OTC world, the SS is still relitively small, but I agree that the CEO needs to put out some PRs/updates as to whats going on. As Mikey said, once investors learn about the share by back, its off to the races. To much potential to have so little volume, even if its just a momo play.
