"AGM was held in Sept 2016 and financials were done in India for March 2016 year end. Company is active, all we are missing is the US filing."

The question here is why did they file a financial report for "Firefish Pvt. India" and did not file one for the company trading as a SEC Reporting Company? It appears that they are current in India (and find that important), but have not filed any financial reports (as required by the SEC) for the publically held Firefish, Inc. that trades on the OTC American Exchange.

Perhaps someone can explain the ability and desire to do financial reports in India and not the United States.
