Both courts seem to release between 10 and 11 ET. The DC court only on Tues and Fri., the Fed Appeals - daily.

Looks like people trying to stir up some action by taking us down on low volume. Not sure how that's going to go short term with no real news due before Friday...OK, the mandamus ruling any day, but tick tock...
