Adding billions of shares dilution to the float/market cap is and is going to be a factor.

Then they will have to increase the share authorization of reverse split.

PHOT has disclosed it cannot survive with the toxic discounted-shares financing they dump all the time.

Easily the most ridiculous statement made today regarding this stock!!! Dilution will no longer be a factor once this thing goes to no bid. Until then, dilution is here to stay.
