Angelo....really? that would be nice. then any issue of being a "new use" and therefore should need a phase 3 would have had to be discussed during the IND. I just didn't recall reading about it till just recently. I thought they were mainly playing up on the anti crush and dissoluble and injectable and snortable etc. a that point then even that argument is weak that Weasel was using assuming its been in the plan from day one. The FDA is already aware.

I have zero concerns about the blue dye. This would've come up by now if there was an issue with it.
