Done so for many years and this may have surprised the defendants. They had no idea about launching a sale-bar violation strategy until one of them tripped across a very old email that no one thought was pertinent -- but tried it any way (to cause further delay) and lightning struck; a judge who doesn't understand IP law. How long can GERS continue this? You may have a better answer than I. I never thought that they could have lasted this long. Now with Trump threatening to eviscerate the renewal fuel direction of the US that is good for GERS but bad for Trump's BIG OIL friends I suspect that the defendants will be further emboldened. GERS does need some revenue from corn oil extraction; selling shares alone will not do it in my estimation.
