I haven't followed the story here that closely last few months and don't know if they indicated that they want to uplist but yes this RS looks looks like that might be the plan. Although 1-14 is pretty tight if they wanna get solidly above the 3 threshold for Nasdaq. That said there are exceptions where you can uplist with a 2 dollar stock. Or maybe they just do it because their SS has grown lately and they wanna get it tight again.
