Well the 8K also says UP TO 18 MILLION so they might issue less.

With two insiders controlling about 80% of the existing RTRO shares that leaves IMO about......

560K of a float with 450K held by the two insiders and 110K

That might become pretty curious

My guess is AMMO wanted most of the shares for themselves because their companies value compared to the cost of a shell.

I also wonder if they act quickly to try to move off of the pinks to a larger stock exchange...
