He pleaded guilty, his deal has already been made, 11 years could be an already reduced sentence and/or he could have made a deal to do his time close to family (questionable whether they give a shit though). It could also be there is an agreement to work with the SEC and other agency's. The Feds generally don't give time off from an accepted sentence and there is no good time. Well find out in May what he has to say.
Scum like this Blackburn gang member deserve a "retirement" like this and a good chance he dies of old age going into the pen at 65...
