Wouldn't YA needed to sell off the assets to someone? How can they as a PIPE run a public company? There is nothing these sleazy bastards at YA would do that would surprise me.

NEOM is WITHOUT cash, IP, patents, product, App, customers, offices, employees,and CEO.There is nothing left at NEOM to make a go of. A private YA-controlled LLC now owns the assets.
