I would not buy ORRV no matter what was released. Adam S. Tracy failed to reveal to the Nevada courts that he was under SEC investigation when he acquired the scam ORRV shell in the custodianship process, thus rendering the whole custodianship receivership of the shell fraudulent.
There is no foundation to build anything upon.
I don't care how these circus stocks trade, I care about truth and adherence to federal law.
