Thanks... actually I seriously needed that. I personally don't look at that as downsizing. My view would be trimming unprofitable the fat... but without details, who knows.

It will definitely be good to see share details. If those romac shares were counted by the TA and in the float already, in the long run it won't matter. IMO the price movement could be attributed from traders looking for a bottom and getting out when things didn't turn yet.... and some long term holders getting frustrated, of course.

This might be interesting to someone out there. Is to me anyway.

You got me thinking more on what divisions/trade-names will be dissolved. I come up with the 15 that I'm pretty sure will be staying but can't come up with more than a couple of possibilities on what may be dissolved.

The reason I think these will remain is they were mentioned in the July 25 pr (2 days before the radio show).

These are:

Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate
1) Murphy Sand and Gravel
2) Progas
3) United Soils of Louisiana
4) Bayou State Trucking
5) 3-D Builders (and 3-D Creations trade name)
6) Rome Oil & Gas and Mid South Resources
7) TCB Properties US, Inc.
8) Ann Arbor Pools
9) Great Lakes Pool Plastering
10) Sam’s Oil Country Inspection Services, Inc.
11) CM Ideal Energy, Inc.
12) Ideal Energy Directional Drilling Services, Inc. (operating above original projections)
13) Best Jets (not in jul 25 pr)
14) Best Aero Net Limited (not in jul 25 pr)

15) Either Pheonix itself or Heaslip Construction (not in the 7/25 pr)

Out?
1) I'm thinking Heaslip and 3-d may be combined and I'm thinking 1 of those trade names may go away (total guess).
2)Great Lakes Pool Plastering not combined into Ann Arbor Pools yet maybe?
3) 3d Creations maybe included in his 7 and dropping the trade name possibly? (total guess)
4 - 7 ?

I'd have to go back to listen again to the interview however, I thought I had heard the word "cancelled" and not "dissolved."

Means a world of difference to me.
