there is no walmart deal. they were told that they did not meet walmart vendor qualifications.

that is very true but heres hoping that all actually happens. its not helping their case if they continually miss self proposed deadlines no matter how loosely worded they are.

i am sure a majority of investors right now are in a 'expect the worst, hope for the best' mind set. if anything they have stated they were going to do is even PARTIALLY delivered on, there could be some significant movement from where it is now.

best advise for anyone is that if you can stomach it, wait and see. if not, peace out. only you can gauge your risk level tolerance. regardless you will either get a lot of "i told you so this stock is a piece of s***" or "holy s*** this stock exploded wish i would have bought in earlier"
