Wtdolknow: no capsules, I use the drops.
10ml botle contains 500mg CBD (5%).
+/- 2.5 mg/drop x 10 - 12 drops a day.
Comes out to 25 to 30mg of CBD/day.

Only when I started using CBD I got enthousiastic about it.
For myself I reduced pain in back, brother inlaw after a brain hemorrage no more migraine, my mother reduced sleeping and relaxation pills drasticly, customer of mine threw away his 2 painkillers and replaced with only CBD (backpain), same brother in law didn't haveto use any painkiller after operation to shoulder while doctor advised him it would hurt very much, my wife has less meno-pause problems and much less fybromyalgie problems.
