After reviewing the release a few times today, I keep coming back to these quotes:

"...successful conclusion of negotiations with private landowners"

So what changed? I think a possibility is that with the FS release in it's final stages, Niocorp team was willing to "Cut the Check" in order to get the land agreements signed. They are trading cents in the short term for dollars in the long term, we all hope.

"...advance the Elk Creek Project Feasibility Study, which is nearing completion. "

A non-deadline wording, which implies we are in the home stretch. Nothing new here, but nothing to suggest any new delays.

"...as we move this project to commercial operation"

Certainly seems like this team wants to build a mine. Does not seem like they are looking for an early exit via acquisition, etc...

The market, as we should expect, didn't pay much attention. However I did notice that we doubled the average daily volume on the U.S. exchanges. It does seem like we are close now, doesn't it?
