Thanks QD! That is a good detail I missed. Have to concur and some movement is better then none but with the speed China seems to move on projects.....we should expect an official position and breakdown as to how this integrates into QMC i.e. is this like Solterra? Thinking of the scientific city that China built just for R&D. The ave. seems wide but being in the slow lane does not make sense at this time imo.
