The BOD benefits equally by doing both. They dump whatever they can now, split, and dump it all over again. The BOD is well aware that the PPS will continue to drop before and after the RS without a catalyst and management has proven they are incapable of providing that catalyst. They will need a ton of money, true, but IMO they need to buy all the time they can because they will very likely face sub $1 prices relatively quickly post RS...
