The only thing I advocate for... is making smart business decisions... going forward... this is business... if it's good business sense to go after someone... because assets WILL BE recovered... and the business will be made healthier... then go after those assets... if going after someone... is just going to throw good money after bad... and hurt the businesses bottom line in the short and long term... then don't go after them...
