In fact, everything looked good and was verified until they didn't file the last 10q.

First blemish on a promising investment. However, the general consensus is that the end of the settlement is approaching, and fillings will begin in earnest.

It was share structure and their actual business/profits that made me buy this.

Same reason(s) I bought. The settlement had (overall) little to do with my decision to buy.
