You have no right to any news that I or any other shareholder don't receive at the same time. It's real simple. The company can put out all the news they want. But if a select few know in advance they can trade on it. Does me no good. Get it??

WRONG!!!!! What are you going to trade on. That the company is taking out toxic loans. That the company is going to have a R/S or the company just landed a huge contract. No one knows what is coming out in these PRS. There is nothing wrong with the CEO telling a shareholder PRs are coming out. If you want to know something email the company like he did. Then you can share it with us. Jeeez!!!!
