Why would anyone believe the latest forward-looking PR, when previous forward-looking PRs did not come to fruition?
By the way, one source says the Merrill Crowe equipment is stuck on the US-side of the fence at least through December. At the very same time another source (on Dec. 19th) is saying the Merrill Crowe is "being installed". How does one resolve those inconsistencies?
