I knew that. Mel Watt had said it was a danger that FnF were under capitalized. 2018 is when they can cancel the warrant etc unless congress passes more legislation.

I was just speaking to recapitalization, many people have stated a common stock share dilution would probably be used. Which might still happen.

I was given more confidence based on Cliff Rossi's comments during the investors unite conference posted on their website. I watched it this morning when I woke up at 1 am and couldnt go back to sleep lol.

I read that and became instantly depressed. Then I found hope...after that court ruling the fha does report to the president....Trump can fire him without cause if he does not do as trump wishes.
