I don't see $MMEG or anyone associated with $MMEG on that list in the second link. In fact, if you follow the first link, you will find the below information.



- $MMEG wasn't heavily promoted by anyone, FACT.

- $MMEG isn't a shell company, FACT.

-$MMEGs increase in pps and volume was due to the Poolworks acquisition && the company paying off Typenex. Poolworks acquisition was extended, NOT CANCELED.

- $MMEG has never been suspended

- $MMEG has had the same name since Kurt incorporated the company is 2013, FACT. See below

Momentous Entertainment Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was founded by Kurt E. Neubauer as Financial Equity Partners, Inc., a
Texas company, in 2004 and was incorporated as a C corporation under the laws of the State of Nevada as Momentous Entertainment
Group, Inc. in November 2013. It had very limited activities until June 2011 when it started designing a detailed business plan focused on
creating, producing and distributing quality entertainment content across various media channels utilizing direct response media
marketing.
