Obviously, you didn't read the first statement of my post. I stated that I used the Pricegrabber search engine for the analysis. You might have found a vendor that has it in stock, but obviously it's low enough in volume that one of the Internet's largest vendor search engines hasn't yet heard of it.

What's the point of having a product available if it must be special ordered? Why do review sites position it as a Conroe competitor if you can't order it from online vendors?

The point is that people are making a lot of hay about 65W and 35W AMD parts, but they really don't exist in any kind of serious volumes. Meanwhile, you 'Droids have been dogging Conroe's availability for some time now, yet it's only 3 weeks after launch and you can buy it at quite a few places. How about that for irony?
