SEC Orders Hearings On Registration Suspension Or Revocation Against Millenia Hope For Failure To Make Required Periodic Filings

Dec 22 16

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC or the commission) instituted public administrative proceeding to determine whether to revoke or suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months the registration of each class of the securities of Millenia Hope Inc. for failure to make required periodic filings with the Commission. In this Order, the Division of Enforcement (Division) alleges that the company was delinquent in its required periodic filings with the Commission. In this proceeding, instituted pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(j), a hearing will be scheduled before an Administrative Law Judge. At the hearing, the judge will hear evidence from the Division and the company to determine whether the allegations of the Division contained in the Order, which the Division alleges constitute failures to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 there under, are true. The judge in the proceeding will then determine whether the registrations pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 of each class of the securities of the company should be revoked or suspended for a period not exceeding twelve months. The Commission ordered that the Administrative Law Judge in this proceeding issue an initial decision not later than 120 days from the date of service of the order instituting proceeding.

So this is about Millenia Hope inc. Not really interesting, BUT we know Millenia Hope now as CLUBS CHOICE HOLDINGS. And Clubs Choice Holdings is (or was) the owner of the brand Fansfrenzy.com. Might be that HRRN has already merged with Clubs Choice Holdings, but formally we don't know. And we dont know because management of HRRN and CCH really sucks in investor relations. Can't believe it and management cant say that its all due to things that happened in the past. Gary P. Molinaro is at the helm as CEO for more than 2,5 years (!!!) and thats a lot of time to clean up your house. Shame on you!

So, HRRN is not current at OTC markets, it has not filed its annual list at Nevada SOS (so it's in default status), it even has no registered agent at the moment to file the documents over there. And ever since Gary P. Molinaro and Yervant Manoian took over at HE-5 Resources in june 2014: no communication with their shareholders. Basically saying: f.ck you all. Great, you should be proud of yourself!
