If you're wondering when a split will occur, that won't be down here my friend, and frankly don't see it till we hit the $.50-1.00 mark range. The stock is so tightly held, that you need to beg borrow and steal, to get any shares down here. That said, supply and demand. My family controls 2.83M shares, and have been accumulating for years. I'm not selling a single share till we get closer to the price above. The only way we don't get to that price range, is due to flood gates opening up. That won't occur, since upper management wants to get this to a higher exchange, and by doing so, won't sell down here, or that would show lack of long term confidence! You've landed on a once in a lifetime real company, which doesn't pump and dump the company's stock! Visibility is the name of the game. That will get interested parties excited about the potential here, which in turn, will sky rocket the stock price! Good luck to all Long's and newcomers who have lots of follower's! Stock is only moving up, from here on out, those are my logical two cents here!!!

1center:

With the ink barely dry on the latest acquisition the current share structure doesn't show up on most info boards as yet.

As a preview refer to the mid December stock swap that occurred to facilitate the acquisition. This massively increased the insider holding %. See: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CNCG/insider-transactions

A similar link is still showing the stock structure just prior to the acquisition. (This page should update sooner or later with the correct data.) See: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CNCG/profile

With the latest acquisition the company should now have adequate cash flow to do many more great things in the future. The next 10Q will only contain a few weeks with the newest subsidiary. There are some pro-forma calculations in the prior filings that can give some hint of what the new combination could produce.
